Interesting Pics

The above pic of the shark approaching the kayak and its occupant is genuine, no photoshopping or manipulation.  The man in the kayak was part of a research team looking into the behaviour of Great White sharks in South African waters.  The electrical fields from their boat’s engines repelled or attracted the sharks, disrupting their natural behaviour.  They found that using kayaks enabled them to effectively track the sharks.  The photograph was taken by Thomas Peschak from the bridge of the mother ship, Lamnidae, after he tied himself to the tower and leaned over the ocean.
